For this healthy recipe all you need is 2 quarts water, 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons dried parsley, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 5 cubes chicken bouillon, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 onion chopped, 1 jar chunky salsa, 2 cans peeled and diced tomatoes, 1 can whole peeled tomatoes, 1 can condensed tomato soup, 3 tablespoons chili powder, 1 can whole kernel corn drained, 2 cans chili beans undrained, and 1 container sour cream.

Now in a large pot over medium heat you want to combine the water, chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder, and bouillon cubes. Then you bring to a boil, and reduce heat and allow to simmer for about an hour.

After this you remove the chicken and reserve the broth. Then in a large pot over medium heat you cook the onion and garlic in olive oil until slightly browned.

Now for this healthy recipe you stir in the salsa, diced tomatoes, whole tomatoes, tomato soup, chili powder, corn, chili beans, sour cream, shredded chicken and 5 cups broth, then simmer for about a half hour. Now you are finished and you can enjoy this tasty dish with your family for supper tonight.
