All you need is ½ cup breadcrumbs, 1 pound ground beef, ½ pound ground pork, ½ pound ground veal, 1 small onion chopped finely, 1 carrot finely shredded, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon dried thyme, and 2 large eggs lightly beaten.

Now to prepare this easy dinner recipe, all you do is preheat the oven to 350ºF, soften the breadcrumbs in the milk for a few minutes, and then pour off all of the excess milk. Now you want to combine the three meats and mix them together well, add in the other ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined, and place in large loaf pan, 2 smaller loaf pans or shape into loaf shape and bake on flat baking pan.

Pasta With Broccoli

For it you will need 12 oz. pasta, 3 cups broccoli pieces, 1 tablespoon butter, 4 cloves garlic chopped, 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind, ¼ cup lemon juice, 3 tablespoons flour, ½ cup chicken stock, 2 ½ cups milk, 1 sweet red pepper diced, grated Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.

Now you just cook the pasta according to directions in large pot of salted water, until done, stir in broccoli, let stand for a minute or so and then drain. Now you empty this into a bowl and set aside. Following this you want to melt the butter in the same pot, add the garlic and onion, cook over medium heat for a couple of minutes, add lemon juice and cook, and then sprinkle flour over the onion mixture and cook for thirty seconds.

Add salt, pepper, and red pepper, cook for a couple minutes until sauce thickens, add drained pasta and broccoli, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
