Pnoytail Palm

This plant has a foliage type that arises from an unusual swollen trunk, and the leaves are leathery and ribbonlike and can actually grow to be up to six feet in length and less than an inch wide. These plants require extremely high light levels in order to have the best growth and they are one of the few plants that can even handle direct sunlight.
