Make a list and see how many items fall in your budget and leave around ten per cent for the basket and packaging. Buy all these things and present them in a themed basket. Tie it with a fruit motif bow if it's a kitchen gift or one with flowers if it's for the garden and you've got a unique home and garden gift that they will really use.
